The best way to stop the spread of fake news is stopping to ask yourself "Is this real?" before sharing it.
If it seems absurd, it probably is not real. And if you think it's fake, don't share it.
A lot of people have the tendency to share fake news and say how ridiculous it is.
But their sharing that article teaches the algorithms to show that article to more people, meaning that by saying something snarky about fake news on a post, you're actually contributing to its spread.
